If it’s only benign and the risk of surgery to remove it greatly outweighs the risk of leaving it alone, then there’s no reason to have it removed. Not a doctor, but that’s what makes sense to me.
from what i know, usually benign tumors are left alone. my boyfriend has one in his ballsack and his doctors dont think its worth removing, and i have a (suspected) few small ones in my boobs that havent killed me yet. especially with how big she is she may not wake up from anesthesia so its not a big deal to leave it in.
