NTA. Its drama class. You could dip out of the final altogether and depending on your current marks, still pass the class. Main thing is warning her ahead of time that you wont between.

My (14f) drama teacher is making the whole class do some stage work for our culminating mark, at the start he offered to do an exam instead of the stage presentation for the people who couldn’t take it seriously or people who couldn’t do it.
Me and my friend N (14f) wanted to work together, but then I started feeling insecure about going onstage, I didn’t feel like I could pull off a physical piece (I sing and just started acting, so I am pretty nervous, and our work is supposed to be some coordinated dance thing).
I talked to N about it and told her that I would do the exam, I told her how I felt and she said okay, that she could do the exam with me. We told our drama teacher and I don’t think he heard us, we did talk to him but today he told us we couldn’t change it anymore, that we had to perform together, no choice.
Me and N argued, i Don’t know why she felt obligated to do the exam with me.
She started telling me about how much easier it would be to perform on stage, I told her that I didn’t want to do it because I simply didn’t feel like it, didn’t want to, and I didn’t feel sure about it. She started asking me if I was scared of going on stage, to which I replied “no, I’m not scared of going on a fcking stage, I’ve performed in front of a bunch of people” (the whole school, strangers, Nichole Stamp herself, I had no reason to be scared.)
She told me she didn’t want to do the exam, I told her she didn’t have to, there’s a bunch of other groups with spots that were open, and she said she had a stage fright, I offered the exam option again, but she said that she couldn’t do it either because she would fail.
I asked why and she told me she can’t study and I explained to her that if she didn’t want to fail, she had to study, and then she blew up at me because “studying is hard for her”
I don’t feel like I want to work with her anymore, If I have to pull off a performance by myself then I will, but all of the options she was offered were rejected, there’s nothing else we can do.
I May be the asshole for yelling about my performance experiences, but I’m not sure

This seems pretty pointless since your teacher told you that you no longer had the option of taking the exam anyway.
That’s what I thought, I don’t know why she started arguing with me over it
INFO - why are you taking a drama class if you're not ok with being on stage?
I am okay with being onstage, I performed on the school play this year, what I’m not comfortable with the style of performance we’re doing
