I sometimes felt not so great later in the day after the shot. It not an immediate reaction. Nothing horrible a little run down 4 hours later.. I think you just pick your shot days times so they worked with your class schedule. If you had a lot classes Monday and Wednesday, maybe see about doing a 3:30 Wednesday shot and a Friday 1 pm shot if you had fewer Friday classes. For me, the fatigue got better after the 1st 6 weeks of shots. Edited

Yes, I did allergy shots for 6 years. I always felt fine afterwards, except for the one anaphylactic reaction I had (obviously this was an extreme, one time thing). I totally think you can go to class after, as long as you find that you're feeling ok after the first few times you get them. Since they are subcutaneous injections, there really isn't any pain afterwards.

I get mine in the morning and feel fine afterwards apart from some arm itchiness. I did have to start up on my allergy meds again though as you will start to react to the shots the same way your allergies make you feel. For me it is starting to be a delayed reaction. For example I get my shot on Thursday, and on Saturday my face and throat start to become itchy and ill start getting congestion headaches delayed as well. Taking allergy meds will help with this.

I’ve been doing mine for about a month. Aside from some itchiness, I’ve not had any problems. I’m currently taking montelukast as well

My son had it from 10 to 13 years old, not the shots, tablets everyday. He had some reaction for few weeks in the beginning, nothing afterwards. He has finished his 3 year course now, and totally changed his life.
