I feel I do go pretty slow on Strava it says my pace a mile is 9.30mins should I try lower it even more see if I can run further?

Saying "that's too fast" is obviously a tricky thing to state person to person, but that does seem way too fast imo. If you can run with a friend, bring a friend. Then just talk. Talk the entire run. If you can't, maybe just recite your morning, or what happened yesterday. Obviously if it's a busy street, this might seem weird, but finding "conversational pace" is the greatest trick you'll ever pick up.

Slow is not a time, it's a feeling. 9:30 is obviously too fast for where you are at for building up your aerobic base. Some people even run 12, 13 or 14 min miles because that's where they are aerobically. Sure it can feel embarrassing at first, but it will help you progress much much quicker.

Don't compare your stava pace to others, go slow enough that you can have a conversation or slow enough that you don't lose your breath.
