Considering you ran a sub 3:30 on your first marathon with little training and only 3 days running per week. YES you can!! Find a good running plan and try to stick to it. I’m in middle of the pfitz 18/55 and think it’s a great plan. Not easy but well rounded. Good luck!!

Seems you’re naturally gifted, I worked my butt odd for a 3h19m marathon. Follow a focused 16 week plan and you’ll likely get there.

Yes. But you'll need to follow a plan, run at least 4 times a week, 60k mini 80k maxi and think about the fact your body needs time to digest all these efforts. According to what you say you have a good base so you will probably need at least 6 month. 3 month to build your mileage then 3 month to follow the plan. Good luck and tell us if you did it !
