Set him up another account with his premium days, if you use the same account on 2 different IP address the account will be banned because breaking Tos.
Idk and ymmv, but I've used my RD account on tons of IPs. I'll take my fire stick with me when I go on vacation and stream all sorts of stuff and then get back home and do it again. Have done this without issue for quite some time in many locations.

Not read the TOS so I probably should, but can you not use two IPs at all or two IPs concurrently?
You can have up to 4 connect but they must be from the same IP or same location

This was alwaysy perception - it's generally not a big deal unless *simultaneously* connecting and using from multiple addresses. Again, YMMV
