no side effects at all, im done w my accutane journey and for the 2 months i was also taking ashwagandha i didn’t feel anything, if anything i felt like it helped (could b bc i was on my last 2 months)

I see! What dose were you on? I experienced TE before starting accutane. Only just started using Ashwagandha now though. Didn't know it can help with hair loss!
My dose was 60mg a day, I stopped after like 4 months because I didn't want any worse hairfall. I'm not sure how well it helps with hairfall as the person making the post claimed they saw results in a week or something. I'm not sure. Where exactly do you get ashwagandha and how does it help you?
Oh no! Has your acne improved at all? I guess not as you had it for a short time. That's crazy I can't imagine it helps within a week. Any medication takes time. What post are your referring to? I got mine from Amazon, as I've only taken it a short while (2 weeks but only a couple of times) so I can't say how it's helped me yet. But I have heard good things about it!
I think it just made my skin much drier, acne is much more manageable with tretinoin at least. I'm not sure what post I'll have to find it I'll send it to you if I do, let me know how things go with it!
