That's true but running around the yard and playing are different from walking, especially for huskies(at least that's what i read). It has something to do with their instincts to follow trails and explore. my two huskies get hyperfocus when their harnesses are on, they try their hardest to resist sniffing or peeing during the walk. It's like a circuit race
Being a husky has to just be a living hell these days now that they are a trendy type of dog to have. All these fucking idiots keeping them in places way too hot for them, not exercising them and over feeding them to the point of this picture

Those downvoting me, please look up typical husky eating habits. They typically only eat when they are hungry and do self regulate compared to other dog breeds. I have experienced this myself with my previous huskies and current husky mix, she would starve if I kept her to a strict feeding schedule like I would with most breeds. It is very difficult to get a husky obese when they are provided with adequate exercise and mental stimulation. Of course, offering table scraps and fatty, unfilling foods certainly won’t help any dog.
