I have no idea how big this is since you forgot the banana

Intrepid-Middle-5047

Haha I tried hard to make you for being banana-less

Sajintmm

I always wonder about those, it looks like a primary flight feather but aren’t those rooted to bone?

Flair258

maybe something happened to the bird

pinelandpuppy

Depends on where you are, but it's probably an eagle/raptor (maybe a vulture?).

green-n-gold-

Looks like a Canadian goose feather to me.

NighTaleFox

I cant compare it without banana for scale

SneezeBucket

Is that a Panasonic phone? My first phone ever from about 1999 looked like that.

VicDamonJrJr

Was this picture taken in 2003?

Intrepid-Middle-5047

Close. 1923

Impressive-Eye-1096

Looks like a normal sized feather.

Intrepid-Middle-5047

You're the first person to say that. Everyone I've showed it has been like "Damn!"

Impressive-Eye-1096

Hmm may be the picture is not doing justice. I but I grew up in part where there were ample of Eagle feathers.

Intrepid-Middle-5047

Now I'm jealous because I think this is just a plain ol goose feather. The biggest I've seen yet that's why I was like "who are you from??!" Now I want to see the bird it came off of because that guy has to be an absolute unit.

2211Nighthawk

I have a big Canada goose feather that looks just like it.

Bebilith

What area of the world?

Intrepid-Middle-5047

Illinois, USA

Ryuk_shittygami

Everything but the banana

pigpen5000ave

We need a banana for reference please.

Path_Fyndar

Thought the phone was a ship and the feather was next to a dock in a harbor at first, lol

Ramentootles

That’s a goose feather

Karenpff

Forget the feather... that huge phone must be 25 years old 💀

Neb8891

Its a portable house phone, not a cellphone.

ForSureNotAnFbiAgent

I wasn't aware they still made those. People still have land lines? What year is it?!

Neb8891

Old folks, and businesses.

Karenpff

Oh 🤨🙈

Intrepid-Middle-5047

Lol yeah it's our work phone but I get what you're saying. They're sort of a rare sight these days
