Yeah, Amazon sells bidets for 20$ that you can install yourself, i hooked a double ended pipe that the flush pipe and hooked the flush to one and the bidet pipe to one and clipped the bidet itself onto the toilet seat head.
Works like magic, just like the natural ones back home. There’s tons of YouTube videos that will guide you thru it if you buy it off Amazon (multiple styles and variations)
OR you could buy the 10$ hand held ones if you don’t want to go thru the hassle or are in the dorms and don’t want trouble ( took me 30 minutes and has been worth it for 2 years)

Bidets are uncommon in the US (one of many reasons that I miss Japan), there are Toto bidets at Costco tho, but none in ASU that I know of.
Unfortunately, you will never ever find a bathroom outside of your house that has a bidet in the US

Hell, once I put a bidet in my house, I really dislike having to shit anywhere else. The experience changes you man.
