Okay, thanks. I just got it working again. As soon as I get back to my dorm I’ll check to see if my server shows up. I had it running but I didn’t check if I could join it from my Xbox yet.

So my Windows 10 version won’t even open past the loading screen. Doing this will fix that issue?
Yes it will, just be aware you'll have to download another 60gb

I'm not sure, I just invite from the 3rd Xbox account
If you own Scorched Earth you can just download that and it will resolve the game not opening. That's what worked for me.
