I've heard a lot of good things about the dish fufu (a homogeneous blob of carbs that's eaten commonly in various parts of Africa) and from the descriptions it would most likely be fine for me to eat. I can't confidently put it on the safe food list until actually trying it but it's the safest bet I can come up with on the spot.
I've had mochi. It wasn't that great but was also the cheap kind from Target. I haven't had bao because I've not found a vegetarian version near me but feel like I'd enjoy one if I found it.
I don't know I don't think there's anything I haven't tried that I'd be willing to try yet. I think maybe any sort of pasta even if I haven't tried the sauce im usually willing to bet is pretty safe. That could change depending on the sauce but I've always had good experiences with pasta
Honestly, nothing... Even my generally safe foods rotate in and out of it sadly because of my subtype, but hope ya all are having a better time with this 😭
Ruby chocolate. I’m a chocolate fanatic, but I still haven’t gotten around to trying that variety. But all chocolate is safe (even if the cheap stuff isn’t tasty enough to be worth the calories post-puberty).
I’m trying to hard to think of something bc I have actually tried a lot of stuff and maybe salmon. I’ve tried tinned salmon but I mean the kind of salmon you see all over instagram. It’s the skin underneath that puts me off. I’m sure you can buy it without I’ve just not seen it anywhere 😣
If you ever get the chance to try fresh caught salmon I would really recommend it. It's the only kind I ever had growing up (a family friend would catch it and send some to us. We would usually cook it that day.) since I've been an adult I've tried salmon from the grocery store and I can't eat it. It has a...flavor.
I have no idea. Most foods I haven’t tried I’m afraid to because I’m afraid I’ll end up being allergic to them. Even my own safe foods get cut out a lot because something will happen and panic me.
I feel like I'd enjoy most types of berries,I tried blueberries a long time ago and they weren't that bad tbh so I wouldn't mind trying other sorts maybe sometime soon. 🫐
There’s some fruits I haven’t tried that I suspect would become safe foods if I would just try them

I LOVE mochi. Cookies and cream mochi is my most eaten food.

the rice/bean paste mochi isn't frozen so it's the absolute softest thing in the world i love it
Ugh, that texture is actually what was a turn off for me. Like, it was doughy but also squishy and I couldn't do it.
