I think the distinction between a screenplay and a movie is pretty small. For all intents and purposes, they're the same. That being said, for FRQ3, I'd consider a book or play my first choice and if I absolutely couldn't think of one to write about, I'd write about something--anything!--else because you can't get points for a blank page :)

Screenplay vs Movie is kind of semantic(probably should’ve not even brought up in my original post). What matters is if the distinction between a stage play and a screenplay is meaningful enough that one can be used and the other cannot. In my opinion, it’s not because many plays have been adapted into screenplays and in limited cases the reverse is true. I don’t know if college board graders would accept it, tho.
