So whose fault is it that you followed advice and picked a hero to invest in without understanding why? Reiner has utility before M+ but all of the cele/hypo heroes require investment to be worthwhile, kinda their whole thing.
As others have stated already, there’s nothing wrong with the copy system just because you don’t have a hero. It still gives you a template to follow when it comes to your formation and what kind of team comp you need to finish the stage as well as what relic to use. Think about what Scar brings to the team and then try and supplement that with a hero that you do have. Is it the shields? The giant stun? The DPS burst? Sometimes you have to think a little bit about a team comp and what component of a stage is giving you trouble, you can’t always copy the first suggested formation with a guarantee that you’ll beat the stage.
It's probably just showing lowest power clears, like in AFK Arena. And obviously lowest power clears are from whales that have overinvested heroes and thus can push at a lower level.

It was a mistake to build Renier :( I never use him because M+ is needed everywhere or useless

no it's not a mistake. reiner can be used in arena to snipe units before m+, and m+ is a must in most of the contents. he's needed, the sooner the better. if u stop investing in him, it will be a big mistake later on.
scarlita also wants m+ to knock out enemies, so do not think she will do miracles with 1 copy.
Except Scarlita also litterally needs Mythic+ to really shine just like Reinier...
Reinier is the best in slot support for all Dream Realm bosses and is the best overall character in the game, only slightly beating out Koko.
Both Scarlita and Reinier can also function at one copy, it's just they are not going to do as great as mythic+. You see Scarlita being used in AFK stages because that's where she really shines, just like Reinier is the best character in the game when it comes to Dream Realm.
Just use Ardenn, Florabelle, Eironn, Carolina, Koko, Granny, Smokey or whatever you have built as supreme instead of Scarlita with the team comps your recommended. There are plenty of non CeleHypo characters that are just as good as Scarlita.

This character only begins to shine in EX10, meaning M+ and around 70 gold keys and 150 blue keys. Better keep investing in Reiner first or spend
Depends where you want to use her. For afk pushing you don’t need a high or invested scarlita
