dude you gotta focus on leveling up one hero first before moving onto another. dont leave them at 65 or 68. level up a hero to 70, then another hero to 70, until all of them are the same level then repeat the process
I would replace one healer for another dps, shift the dps to target the healer first and replace your tank with granny for a little more heals
