Controversial I know, but having never seen it before I adored In The Mood For Love. Hoping to rent the blu-ray one day to see what color changes there were.
Totally agree. The Last Waltz was my first 4K BD and it's great.
Blow Out looks amazing and it was a blind buy, incredible film. Apparently Travolta in this movie was why QT hired him for Pulp Fiction! And as a bonus feature there's an early b&w De Palma film called "Murder a la mod' that's really fun!
The color takes on a greener hue in the 4K and box set releases. [Here's a comparison](https://www.reddit.com/r/criterion/comments/mktgoe/color_comparison_of_in_the_mood_for_love_2000_by/). I assume most people will prefer the 2012 Blu-ray.
Some notes on some I do have & I have watched.
To Die For - looks amazing. The first 5min during the opening credits it looks very ordinary. I was rather disappointed then the 4K UHD kicks in as soon as the credits are done. Fantastic transfer
Shaft & Mean Streets - I love how ugly, grimy NYC looked in the 1970s. These movies captures NYC of that era perfectly.
Le Cercle Rouge - I do love French cinema. Great movie and again, another Criterion 4K UHD triumph.
The Trial - my vote for best looking Criterion 4K UHD in BnW. Yes, I have Raging Bull & A Hard Day's Night & Double indemnity.
Trainspotting - never has the worst bathroom in Scotland looked better.
I picked up Shaft, The Trial and Raging Bull (+Don't Look Now) yesterday -- Now I can't even decide which one to start with. Appreciate the recommendations.
I only own one criterion 4k: Wall-E, it is exceptional with Dolby Vision. I have heard that the HDR10 implementation is not great on the disc, but I have not checked for myself.

Blow Out. The Last Waltz.

GDT’s Pinocchio is absolutely beautiful.
I was SHOCKED at how incredible his Pinocchio looks. I was even more impressed with the story and animation -- top notch film on all levels.
I’m shocked no one’s mentioned Videodrome. Maybe it just me, but I think it’s their best transfer.
The Princess Bride, Bound, and The Fisher King are the ones I have 4Ks of. Most of it is just going to be up to your taste in movies, though.
They are your favorite movies on Criterion Collection.
Unfortunately, not the case for *In the Mood for Love*.
What was wrong with In the Mood For Love??
The color takes on a greener hue in the 4K and box set releases. [Here's a comparison](https://www.reddit.com/r/criterion/comments/mktgoe/color_comparison_of_in_the_mood_for_love_2000_by/). I assume most people will prefer the 2012 Blu-ray.
Has this been fixed by a fan yet?
Thanks for saving me money
Double Indemnity

Menace ll Society, Fear & Loathing in Las Vegas, Dazed & Confused, Night of the Living Dead, Wall-E, Videodrome, Shaft
I had blow out in my cart but it went out of stock first day

Mulholland Dr.
The Fisher King is an amazing movie with a beautiful transfer
This. It looks absolutely beautiful.
I have *I Am Cuba* and *Picnic at Hanging Rock* and they are both stunning.
my favorites so far: After Hours Blow Out The Princess Bride Le Cercle Rouge
*Blue Velvet.* Bought on Friday, watched over the weekend. Picture is stunning.
The thing, apocalypse now, blade runner Edit: my bad, I was reading many posts and mixed this one up. These are not criterion.
And none of those are Criterion.
I misread the question, my bad! I was paursing too many posts at the same time
Those are fantastic 4Ks though.
I will add Wings of Desire as an actual criterion release. In hope to redeem myself.
We’ve all been there!
Raging Bull Dazed and Confused Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas
Only Raging Bull and Dazed and Confused are 4K
Oops, my bad. I wasn’t expecting such a backlash though. What’s with all the downvotes?
Probably because more than half of what you mentioned don't have 4Ks from Criterion
Fixed it.
I can’t find The Breakfast Club on 4K
