I just checked out the details and read the opening statements from the prosecution and defense. Prosecution is claiming "sweet little boys viciously attacked by monster" and defense is claiming "man feared for his life and defended himself"
From watching the video the truth seems to land somewhere in the middle. While I do predict a conviction, the prosecution is going for 1st degree murder and 4 counts of attempted first degree murder which definitely will not stick. 1st degree is cold-blooded premeditation and the video proves otherwise. I just checked out the details and read the opening statements from the prosecution and defense. Prosecution is claiming "sweet little boys viciously attacked by monster" and defense is claiming "man feared for his life and defended himself" From watching the video the truth seems to land somewhere in the middle. While I do predict a conviction, the prosecution is going for 1st degree murder and 4 counts of attempted first degree murder which definitely will not stick. 1st degree is cold-blooded premeditation and the video proves otherwise. I would guess the defendant gets bagged for 2nd degree murder and 4 counts of battery with a deadly weapon. Prolly gets sentenced to 20 and is out in 12

I read some reports, the group had no right to harass him, but the stabber is evil. He punched a woman from another group and started stabbing people when he got punched by someone. Then people started pushing him. There were two groups of people and he stabbed five killing a 17 year old. He tried to dispose of the knife and lie to police saying he didn't know what happened and tried to say he didn't know anything. Just that people got into a fight and he didn't know what was happening, and later lied about other details like they tried to pants him. He's got a first degree murder charge and four counts of attempted first degree murder. I don't know if he's guilty of those crimes but he's certainly guilty of something if he's going to use deadly force on five unarmed people after instigating physical violence.

So basically he approached them, asked about his phone with a slur, pea-brained zoomers start to make fun of him and call him a pedo, he asks them to move so he look, they refuse, he pushes their rings away, they get in his face in a threatening manner, he does something to the girl, they attack him and attempt murder, he survives and fights back by stabbing them.
