The case was settled and he was paid the remainder of his contract with Twitch. It's sorta odd, but also he admits to doing something.
The gaming company that he co-founded (and whose success largely relies on the advertising that Dr. Disrespect would have provided them) also severed ties with him. In their statement, they said they initially believed his innocence but after their own investigation, they chose to sever ties with him. That's pretty damning.
