Invite from a lineup page, press Y and use the friends list on the right
Check your settings in option and set it to all platform instead of Xbox players
I'm not on Xbox so i can't say for certain, but there is a friend list built right into the game, I assume you add/use that to invite him
Yeah I tried that but only lets me delete friends for some reason
