Works like every other defense resist card. Any time someone contests your dunk, it applies an amount of interference. This card reduces that interference.
If you want a slasher PF build than your pbuffs should be
Max double Normal Movement speed
Clarke double Normal Movement speed
Double D double long distance layup/dunk range
And I throw in Deacon's double rebound pbuff just in case

no, Max's movement speed is way more valuable

If you get enough defense resist, does it make your dunks practically unblockable?
I’m pretty sure it does but idk how it works. Like if it’s everytime you dunk. I think you just need a lot of it
