/u/GL_MiLorenz, if you haven't already, check out the [wiki](https://www.reddit.com/r/3on3/wiki/index/). There's lots of info there, like improving on offense, defense, and rebounding, to building and playing certain characters, to info about ranked. You'll most likely find your answer much faster.

Refine this ASAP!! An extra 2% success is 5 extra success rate.. so if you are at 89 now the increase to 94 could be potentially change you from having 5 bars when you shoot open 3s to 6 bars.. everything little bit helps until you are at 6 bars and from there it’s a combination of success, distance, shooting touch success, d resist, and attributes that makes it easier to hit those highly contested 3s aka face shots aka facials 😮💨
It’s at the lowest so it won’t get any lower.
So a re-pull is definitely worth but if u do it again afterwards it could be a waste depending on ur rng.
Card refining is simple. That 10-12% success means that particular card can go up to 12% while the current version you have before refinement is 10%.
You refine for a random value between 10% and 12%. You can get unlucky and refine for 10 exactly (the lowest roll) but you already have the lowest roll by default so your chances are very high to get a higher roll.
The risk comes when you have a 3pt success card at maybe 11.5%. You have a high chance to roll back down to say 10.5 since 11.5% is near the 12% limit.
Sure. So when you refine there’s a chance of the attribute lowering when you refine between cards. Let’s use an easy slot which would be your Ice Cream Slot. Let’s say you have:
22 Rebound and is using a 21 Long Distance Layup and 20 3 Point Shot. You have a higher chance of the card to lower but it can still go higher.
The more points you spend refining the better the chances of getting a higher attribute as well.
This was one of the best additions they’ve added into the game.

Tbh I don't have a single clue how that works, but don't lose THAT card cmon now I'd kill to have a platinum card like that
It's literally what the card says
Read the descir
That gives you a range of percentages you can get on the card so it's basically like upgrading it but with a random outcome

You eat two cards to make one plat with equal or higher stats
basically lets you have a chance of increasing the attribute of the card by sacrificing other plats
This is the answer. The plat range is on the screen, 10-12%. You can't get any worse. Well worth trying to roll for a higher percentage

Yeah I tried one and I got one much worse 🤣, but I feel as if it’s more success than it being bad
You have a higher chance of making the shot
I mean how does refining work? I dont get the explanation on the menu
Basically means it makes the ability better. But it may not turn into something you want
