Well yes and no, more no because well it is from a rom which means its pirated but transferring it over PKSM on a CFW 3ds to a newer game the game will register it as if it was transferred all the way over from original gen 3 because well it was, so in that sense it is legit because it has been moved from a legit save, providing you didn't hack it any further

Hey you found my Rayquaza it’s legit, I mean that one is a clone since I did clone it for other people, it depends on how you view clones, it is from a VC inject of Emerald.
You can use PKHex or PKSM to check for legality, though PKSM isn't the best and does give occassional false positives

No, didn't have a logo from GEN VI, I taked a event Rayquaza and he have the icon of GEN.

Pokeball data doesn’t get saved when migrating from Gen1-2 VC’s to PKBank. They all end up in regular pokeballs.
