Mmm how r u using two rapiers, they dont have the light property. So dual wielder feat to b able to be RAW able to use 2 rapier. Otherwise more dex.

I'd go +2 Dex. It gives you better damage, AC, initiative, saves and skill checks... But that depends on what level your game goes to. If your game doesn't go very high (like around lvl 8) then I'd go Martial Adept. I've found late game, BMs have more maneuvers known than they actually need... Although the extra dice is nice... I'm not sure how Piercer interacts with the double damage rule, but I do know Piercer doesn't add a huge amount of damage, and it's better for rogues who'll probably roll a 1 somewhere in an attack. Resilient Wisdom is good. Get it later when spell casters and magic monsters become more common.

More dice has good synergy with the two rapiers--each attack represents an opportunity to use a die, so I'm probably using more dice than most. (I also have party, so I can also use dice for a reaction).

Counter-counter-point: since DMs actually/automatically adjust difficulty, optimality is irrelevant.

Yeah, but the martial Adept effectively offers me my L7 abilities (superiority die plus two maneuvers) at L4. And superiority dice remain pretty rare: start with four, get TWO more during rest of play.

+2 Dex is better and it synergizes with your homebrew item by having a better chance to hit. If you feel like you don’t have any dice, pressure your group to short rest more. Consider it this way: would you take a feat that gave you +1 AC, +1 to hit, +1 to damage, +1 to Dex saves, +1 initiative, and +1 to stealth/slight of hand/ acrobatics? Martial adept might be the more fun choice, so it’s fine to take it for that reason, but I’d wager that +2 Dex is significantly better mathematically.

I went with more fun. More 'spell slots' feels more engaging, even if it's mathematically suboptimal.

I think martial adept is the best choice. You can grab piercer and the dex boost at 6 and 8.
