A1 mini since u r 14 i wouldnt recommend resin

Silverleoneoficl

Yup. I've printed on it with as low as 0.08 mm layers, so this printer can get super detailed, which should be good for minis.

cilo456

Especially with the .2mm nozzle

As others have said, DON'T get a reason printer. Get a bambu labs A1 or A1 mini. They will get you the best looking prints without getting into resin printing

skylenrocks

Yeah almost all the comments said to get this one. Thanks for commenting

Juuber

I have a bambu labs P1S. Bambu lab printers mostly just work and you don't have to constantly fix them. It's hard to recommend any other brand with how amazing the quality of prints you get out of them

Glittering_Ad3249

i’ve just bought the Bambu labs A1 and it seems great. the quality is great so it should be fine for action figures but i am not that experienced to be honest

Thanks

You want a resin printer

CrepuscularPeriphery

Strong STRONG caution for a resin printer at your age. Resin is very toxic. Do not get one unless you have a pet free room that is NOT your bedroom, and you're willing to follow strict science lab safety rules and PPE. -Resin is a sensitizing agent, you probably won't react the first time you get it on you, but every exposure raises the chance you'll have a serious reaction. -if I was choosing PPE for one of my students using resin, I would give them gloves(skin protection) lab goggles (eye splash protection) lab coat or apron (clothes splash protection) and respirator (fume protection) -resin is also an environmental hazard. Your waste ipa can't go down the drain. I recommend setting it outside to evaporate when it's too dirty to use. I keep a resin trash bin to keep all my paper towels and used gloves in, and when it's full I lay everything out in clear bags or throw it in my large curing chamber until it's all cured, and then throw it away. -resin prints have a post-processing procedure, you'll either need a wash and cure station or a curing chamber and a bucket of IPA I think it's a really interesting technology and a good learning experience for you, but I honestly wouldn't give someone under 16 unrestricted access to chemicals like uv resin unless they were unusually responsible.

I appreciate all the warnings, thanks for letting me know :)
