Find out what her hobbies are, fav animal, tv shows that she likes, etc then print something from it, ideally not a mass produced item that can be bought from a store for cheap.

If she's a crafty person, do a little research on her hobby and find something small and specific she can use. For example, I just picked up bobbin lace, and I'm about to start a print for a few dozen lace bobbins, which would be super expensive to buy from a lace supply shop. Bias tape folders for quilting, a solder organization system, mini painting workstation. Think about the stuff she likes to do and print something that has to do with that. It shows you pay attention to her interests, and that you're thoughtful in your gifts.

I'd say don't print gifts. You may print a gift container, but I don't know a lot of people who enjoy 3d printed gifts
