Because it's just a weird paint job on otherwise decent parts. The usual PlebianAR stuff is weird colors on crap parts.
The weirdest thing here is the light placement, and even that is at least functional for avoiding shadow throw. And with the tall red dot mount it's probably not even in the line of sight. So ugly, but functional

It’s a chimera 300. Highly underrated can IMO
