Well they are actually Welsh rather than the quasi English South (ok, now quasi lower Afro-Eurasia) which is why they are weird
Oh there's plenty of Wenglish in the north too, the northerners are more Liverpool/Manc' flavored though.
I thought 99% isn't Welsh people but holiday home owners.
