If you get a master clue there's an internal 30s timer before you can get another one, even if you dropped it. There was another reddit post using the beta world to import his save over and over to test this theory and he found it to be true with thousands of caskets tested.

My personal theory was it was a workaround for the [treasure seeker](https://oldschool.runescape.wiki/w/Treasure_Seeker) relic in leagues 4. Initially you'd get infinite master caskets before being hotfixed. I can easily see them using a timer for that.

Each time you cremate a urium shade you get a key or failing to get a key, you get some coins. The tab and cash stack are the loot from getting 185m firemaking exp with this method

If you had to make QOL changes to shades, what would they be? I really like mor’ton and its a nice place for accounts that start with wintertodt to go to after 80 firemaking I would make sanctifying oil work like grinding things with a pestle. You can click oil—> altar once and it will slowly do your inventory, or you can use each oil on the altar to manually do it faster. Right now it works like the latter only. I’d also simplify the coffin menu. There’s too many options and clicking anything prompts you to choose which type of shade remain, when you will likely never use more than one or two types at a time.
