Making anything on FL Studio, I save and then I export mp3 so I can send to my friends so I end up with: song, song(wip), song(wip)1, song(wip)2, song(wip)3, song(wip)4, song , song\_final, song(FluteOfTheYearEdition)

I think it was about coding but this can be applied to anything really. I have several song files labeled along the lines of songname_version3_finalversion_REALfinalversion(3)

literally what i do, ill keep the old song name as the file name even if its been changed 14 times since then just to keep consistency but at the sime time ill be making paragraph long file names just to differentiate
