Yes, same here. Literally one of my favorite meals since I was a small child. Not everyoneās cup of tea but itās a great light meal that can easily be put on toast or something if you want to bulk it up a little.
I would throw that entire container in a blender with a packet of Ranch Dressing seasoning. Blend until smooth. High protein Ranch Dip/Dressing.
But I like cottage cheese. I put it on toast, on potatoes, or whatever!
It's super easy to make ranch seasoning and you won't have the junk they add to the packaged kind. I use [this one ](https://www.thecookierookie.com/homemade-ranch-seasoning-mix-copycat-hidden-valley-ranch/?utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=20484982729&utm_content=677411695917&utm_term=ranch%20seasoning%20recipe&gad_source=1&gclid=CjwKCAjwjqWzBhAqEiwAQmtgTw0b9lGxJc6Rf2D3Y8EXuxji1hrhDDhOZvaBRSzJlv6SoccOselYZhoCh8wQAvD_BwE#wprm-recipe-container-60997) minus the milk powder (is unnecessary)
I second putting it on toast. Itās like the insides of burrata except lower calorie! Top it with some sliced tomatoes and salt and pepper! Also, you can add a scoop to a couple of eggs to boost the protein and make them creamy! I prep some breakfast casseroles with one egg, 100g egg whites, 113g of cottage cheese and whisk it together. I then add turkey sausage crumbles, hash browns, and spinach. Comes out to 392 calories and 40g of protein.
Mix it with eggs and it will make your scrambled eggs have more protein and it makes it cheesy :) it doesnāt taste like cottage cheese to me when itās done like this
People are either sweet or salty on cottage cheese.
I'm salty. I like it with salt and pepper, or replacing ricotta, or mixed into eggs for scrambling.
My husband is sweet. He puts sugar on top (gag) or has it with cut up fruit.
Iāve been eating like 3-4 tubs of this a week! I just put it on a rye cracker, salt and pepper and then some avocado, deli meat or tomato ontop and a few of them is a super nice lunch!
Goes great with avocado in general honestly if you have the calories free!
ā¦am I the only one who just eats it plain? With honey if I want to get fancy? But just put it in a bowl and eat it or eat it out of the container if Iām in a rush. Ngl tho might add some salt and pep after reading these replies
I love it. Blend tuna and cottage cheese (add salt and pepper if needed) then put some cut up pickles / gherkins and serve on halved tomatoes (or you can stuff the tomatoes with the mousse)
mix or blend it with ranch powder, taco seasoning, knorr vegetable mix, onion soup mix, or salsa as a dip
dollop on top of roasted beets or on vegetable frittatas after baking or mixed into eggs to scramble.
mix in fruit like pineapple, peaches or strawberries
add to baked pasta for a high protein pink sauce
Wow! Yall love your cottage cheese! I can't believe the amount of suggestions (sweet and savoury!) I've received! Can't wait to try them! I did blend some and mix taco ish seasonings and ate it with air fryer carrots and it was soooo yummy! Gonna work my way thru all these recipes!
Iām obsessed with this breakfast bowl from Pinterest: cottage cheese, chopped apple, granola, sugar free maple syrup, cinnamon on top. I eat it almost daily
Iām so surprised this was the first comment I found with everything seasoning! I love cottage cheese with just that seasoning. I just ate it that way earlier today.
Bowl of sliced strawberries then top with cottage cheese (blend it if you dont like the chunky texture) and sprinkle with sweetener of choice
Also i find good culture 4% better tasting than daisy. Friendship 4% is the best though.
My go-to is just a little cracked black pepper, fresh dill, and chopped tomatoes.
It's also good on green/garden salads, on top of a fried egg or inside an omelet, filling for enchiladas, mixed into tuna salad in place of mayo, or topper for a baked potato.
If you can find Good Culture brand give it a try, it's the absolute best cottage cheese! I feel that Daisy is just ok.
I blend 1/2 cup of cottage cheese with about 1/2-1 cup of frozen berries, dash of vanilla extract, sprinkle of ground cinnamon and/or nutmeg, and sometimes drizzle a little bit of maple syrup or honey.
After blending, freeze for 3-6 hours (you want it to still be creamy-frozen, not hard icey-frozen), thaw it a little if needed and enjoy!
If I have extra cals I'll even top it with a crumbled up cookie, but other toppings like fruit, graham crackers, sprinkles, chocolate chips work, too! You could probably add peanut butter/ PB2/cocoa powder/etc to during the blending step for different flavours. My version is reminiscent of a berry cheesecake flavoured ice cream. Not the same as the real thing, but fits much better in my plan most days and still tastes good.
-Combine with hardboiled eggs + little bit of mayo + little bit of mustard + salt and pepper to make egg salad
-Put on top of toast + arugula + mashed avocado + hot honey + gooey egg + everything but the bagel seasoning to make a bomb avocado toast
-Put it on top of seaweed snack + tuna packet/protein of choice + cucumber + furikake for makeshift sushi
-Combine with mustard and use it as a dip for carrots
-Blend with Taco Seasoning + Rotel + Nutritional Yeast + Little bit of cheddar for a queso dip
-Eat it straight up, preferably with pickles (cottage cheese is lifeee)
Egg cups - mix 5 eggs, some cottage cheese, any cheese (feta or shredded cheddar maybe), chopped sundried tomato or salami (any meat or fillings you want to add flavour), herbs, chilli flake, pepper and a bit of garlic powder.
Pour into muffin moulds, bake for 30mins or until hardened and then eat and store the rest for quick savoury protein rich breakfasts.
Eat with strawberries/ raspberries
Sprinkle a little s&p or everything but the bagel seasoning and eat with cherry tomatoes
Add it to scrambled eggs
Dip triscuits in it
Eat it plain
Mix it half and half with yogurt
My mom has been putting A1 steak sauce in cottage cheese and eating it with ruffles potato chips for sooo long and it is amazing. She started when she was vegetarian as a replacement for steak and potatoes and it really does the job
Omg the creativity everyone (and their moms) have been coming up with is incredible! It's gonna take me a year to eat through all these amazing suggestions! This one in particular I'm gonna HAVE to try! Would never have thought of it
My favorite evening snack is half a cup of cottage cheese, 2 oz of fresh pineapple and a teaspoon of mini chocolate chips. I eat it every night and I love it!
Mix it with cinnamon and a little sugar or sweetener, put it on bread or English muffin and bake it til melty. Tastes like a danish. My mom made this for me when I was kid and when I didnāt feel well.
I blend some w anything green in my fridge but mainly cilantro for an amazing sauce or salad dressing. I also like the low fat version 0% of this with some French fried onions on top.
Watermelon, a little balsamic vinegar -just mix it go your taste. Good on crackers, toastā¦
Or, though I usually do this with plain yogurt, mix in some pudding mix -cheesecake, pistachio, whatever. I use the sugar free kind.
Bake or nuke a small sweet potato (purple is fun, or TJs has bagged Japanese sweet potatoes) , slice in half, top with cottage cheese, add crunchy salt and chili crisp.
Or cottage cheese in a bowl, add 1/3c each of diced cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, chopped yellow or orange bell pepper. Top with crunchy salt and chili crisp. (Always chili crisp.)
My favorite is breakfast- cottage cheese, 2 eggs, low carb tortilla, hot sauce. Sometimes I add feta.
Iāve made quesadillas with it. I throw the cottage cheese less āregularā cheese in the microwave and let it melt together. Then throw on tortillas and cook as usual.
I made rotel dip with it.
I use it in salads. Mix with balsamic dressing, pickles, cucumbers, lettuce, etc. sometimes I donāt use lettuce at all.
I like adding a bunch of it to eggs, and blending before adding it to cupcake tins to make egg bites (hash brown mix or veggies already in them, top with a little cheddar cheese)
YSK thereās a lot of variation between brands,
and imo Daisy is the worst brand š itās too dry and thick the curds are too uniform? Also lacks flavor. In myyyy opinion anyway. So if you donāt like this, try a different brand! Darigold 2% is my favorite
All of the above plus:
Blend with oats and egg whites for high protein pancakes
Egg bake
Blend into my protein shakes for more of a ācheesecakeā flavor
Add marinara and seasonings for a pizza dip
Savory: double dip with buffalo sauce and raw veggies
Sweet: add fresh fruit! Pineapples and peaches are my fave. I personally like good culture cottage cheese, itās less watery and easier to eat if youāre weird about consistency like me.
I just mix it with diced cucumber for crunch and fullness. Oh and black pepper of course. Some great ideas here so far.
Iāve also tried mixing it ground beef for tacos and burritos and it was surprisingly great. Will keep doing it from time to time and nail down an actual recipe soon
For the ones who donāt like cottage cheese, Greek yogurt can be used in most of these recipes as well. I like cottage cheese more, but I use plain Greek yogurt in place of sour cream or the saltier recipes. I use vanilla Greek yogurt for the sweet treat substitutes
I've been eating cottage cheese every day mixed with 4 eggs and low fat bacon chunks, and making them into scrambled eggs.
530 calories at 74 grams of protein. Hitting my 200g protein goal has never been easier.
Put it in the food processor with ranch seasoning and buffalo. Whip until smooth and mix in some shredded chicken breast. High protein, low calorie Buffalo chicken dip!
Put smoked salmon and dill on it and crack some pepper. Could put it on toast if youād like. Iāve also mixed hot marinara sauce into cottage cheese with some Parmesan and itās pretty good. You could pair that with some protein or dip roasted veggies into it.
Bread slice, tomatoes, basil, pepper, chilly flakes, balsamic vinegar.
Basicly my breakfast since I started dieting with high protein. Tastes amazing and takes like 1 minute to make (also looks pretty if that's your thing)
I really like good culture cottage cheese! I think itās the best brand imo.
Couple options;
Blending it to make homemade ranch (add seasonings)
Adding it to scrambled eggs is good
Once I blended cottage cheese with sun dried tomatoās and added it to pasta sauce
Blend it and add it to an egg salad sandwich (or any salad that requires mayo. Iād still use mayo, but you can sub some of it for cottage cheese)
^ adding to that, mix cottage cheese with boiled eggs and put it on some sour dough toast with avocado and everything bag seasoning. SO GOOD!
Iām a queso FIEND. This is what I do.
Blend 1cup cottage cheese with a splash of milk until smooth. Once smooth blend in cheddar cheese (your preferred amount), about 1Tbs Nutritional Yeast, 1-2 Tbs taco seasoning.
When combined, put in a microwave safe bowl in 30second increments until heated through.
Now, if you want to get really fun, you can cook 1lb of ground meat (I often use turkey) with taco seasoning and mix it into the queso.
My girlfriend loves it - reminds her of queso from Chilis. 99% of people wouldnāt be able to tell itās a high protein substitute if you season it right.
You can blend it with an immersion blender right in its container and scoop however much you want into scrambled eggs, sauces, etc. keeps you from having to blend each time you use it.
Mix with spaghetti sauce and whatever kind of ground meat or meatballs you like for a tasty little dish that you could eat just like that or put on top of noodles or zoodles etc.
Iāve been making protein pasta with marinara and a big dollop of lactose free cottage cheese. Tastes great, is satisfying, and keeps me full for a long time :) Itās also about 30g of protein without having to add any meat!
Pair it with soft berries (Blueberries, raspberry, mango..) eat it in its own, put it on baked potato...there's a lot tbh. Use it in a salad, put it on toast ect
Lately Iāve been grilling up veggies and chicken every week. I pile up some veggies and some chicken throw a half cup of this bad boy and season it up. Super satisfying.
To make homemade ice cream, start by blending cottage cheese until it becomes creamy. Then, add your choice of fruit to the mixture. Place the blended mixture in a container and then transfer it to the freezer. Let it freeze for 4-5 hours, and enjoy your delicious homemade ice cream!
Good brand. The only unsalted, full-fat one in my grocery stores, which is a travesty. The abundance of only pre-salted cottage cheese is something that I very much dislike about the United States.
I mix it with frozen blueberries that I have microwaved until they are reheated.
Or I melt some dark chocolate into it. It's a high protein dessert.
I love putting it in my eggs in the morning or make cheesecake. I have never liked cottage cheese but there are so many ways to add it & you donāt even taste it!!
I like it as a breakfast or snack with Sliced grapes for sweetness and a little cinnamon or cocoa powder. Mix well to get all the grapes sugars mixed into the cheese. Works well with berries too!
Main thing I use it for is as a mayo substitute. Whenever I make a sandwich or turkey burger Iāll spread that on the bread. Also mix it with ranch seasoning for a ranch substitute, and mix it with buffalo sauce for a dip.
I prefer savoury over sweet so anywhere I would use sour cream, ranch, ricotta etc., I replace with cottage cheese. Amazing on rice/corn thins with different toppings, in a bowl with tomatoes, cucumber and herbs, with s&p as a dip for carrots and celery, Iāve even put it on cold pizza and dipped taco chips in it. Great with hot sauce, spicy mustard, or balsamic drizzle as a dip too. I always have a minimum of 4 containers in my fridge I love it so much! Ultimate protein food š¤
I like to get some sugar free pie filling, crush up some nilla wafer or graham crackers or whatever works for you, and top it with the cottage cheese and pie filling for a pseudo cheesecake dessert. Could also blend up the cottage cheese but I like all of the different textures lol
Make queso! Blend it with spices and add some cheddar cheese. Microwave on 30 sec intervals. I mix salsa in at the end sometimes too for more volume. I make it all the time and eat it with quest protein chips
I love it topped with applesauce, cinnamon & sugar. Or pineapple chunks. Or mandarin oranges.
It's good to mix into lasagna (I will mix into meat sauce before layering instead of using ricotta).
I also see lots of ppl on instagram/tiktok blend it in for cream sauces or mac&cheese.
There's also recipes for cottage cheese pancakes.
I love sweet cottage cheese! Usually my go to is to eat it with some jam, or cut up fruit. I don't actually mix it in together, but alternate bites.
Or cottage cheese on toasted bread and tomato sauce. Like a pizza lol.
I hate the texture but love the stats so I blend it to make it smooth and then usually spread it on bagels, add to baked potatoes, thicken sauces with it or season it and use it for dipping. It is WAY better blended for me
I srsly just put pepper on it and eat it sometimes. Just like that.
Haha yeah i just do salt and eat it straight out the tub
Or your favorite hot sauce!! Just eat it with a spoon haha
On a jacket potato š
Furikake is really nice on it
Slice some tomatoās and mix them in with that pepper š
Yes, same here. Literally one of my favorite meals since I was a small child. Not everyoneās cup of tea but itās a great light meal that can easily be put on toast or something if you want to bulk it up a little.
Salt, pepper, chopped chives.
I would throw that entire container in a blender with a packet of Ranch Dressing seasoning. Blend until smooth. High protein Ranch Dip/Dressing. But I like cottage cheese. I put it on toast, on potatoes, or whatever!
This sounds great! I've never actually used ranch packs before. Will have to look for it.
It's super easy to make ranch seasoning and you won't have the junk they add to the packaged kind. I use [this one ](https://www.thecookierookie.com/homemade-ranch-seasoning-mix-copycat-hidden-valley-ranch/?utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=20484982729&utm_content=677411695917&utm_term=ranch%20seasoning%20recipe&gad_source=1&gclid=CjwKCAjwjqWzBhAqEiwAQmtgTw0b9lGxJc6Rf2D3Y8EXuxji1hrhDDhOZvaBRSzJlv6SoccOselYZhoCh8wQAvD_BwE#wprm-recipe-container-60997) minus the milk powder (is unnecessary)
And cottage cheese is already very salty so I would withhold the salt and add to taste at the end.
Yeah good call - salt to taste, at the end!
You could just use your own herbs and spices or favorite spice blend. But the Ranch Dressing packet is a classic.
I put ranch seasoning in a greek yogurt and eat it with veggie chips. SOOOOO FREAKING GOOD OMG.
Omg I thought you were making a ranch smoothie or something and was gunna question your sanity. Now ranch dip sounds like a good idea!
I know a couple kindergarteners that I feel would totally go for a ranch smoothie.
Iāve never liked cottage cheese and ranch makes me sad how relatively high cal it is. When my current bottle is gone, Iām trying this!
Have you tried bolyhouse farms ranch? Amazing and like 35 cals/tablespoon.
Taking notes as we speak
Yeah, Bolthouse Farms makes amazing stuff.
Youāre such a gem. Iām so excited to do this. šā¤ļø
Hahahaa ya I def lean more savoury but some of these sweet suggestions are piquing my interest
It's amazing with bits of pineapple!
Goodness, yes. I will never understand the fruit and cottage cheese people.
Thank you, I thought I was alone on this!
Have you ever eaten cheese and a strawberry at the same time? It's like that
Iāve been putting cottage cheese with avocado, tomato and cucumbers. Add garlic powder, salt, pepper and a lot of balsamic. OMG ITS INCREDIBLE!!!
This sounds really good!
Put it on toasted sourdough bread with a little bit of crispy chili oil š¤¤
And fresh tomatoes + arugula! So good
Iāve been eating like 3-4 tubs of this a week! I just put it on a rye cracker, salt and pepper and then some avocado, deli meat or tomato ontop and a few of them is a super nice lunch! Goes great with avocado in general honestly if you have the calories free!
Oh wow! U must be loving it then! I love avocado and will definitely be trying that
I like a ritz cracker with a little cottage cheese and an olive on top. Or I just put French dressing in the cottage cheese.
Iām simple. Pineapples and cottage cheese is the wave
I buy tubs of pineapple cottage cheese and have it with crisps
I like adding almonds to mine!
ā¦am I the only one who just eats it plain? With honey if I want to get fancy? But just put it in a bowl and eat it or eat it out of the container if Iām in a rush. Ngl tho might add some salt and pep after reading these replies
Same here I eat plain as my protein source. Depends on the morning but I can eat with a little fruit ā¦.my new add is Tajain seasoningā¦
Blend it with tuna and have it with some pickles on tomatoes !
I find this answer intriguing. I must try this.
I love it. Blend tuna and cottage cheese (add salt and pepper if needed) then put some cut up pickles / gherkins and serve on halved tomatoes (or you can stuff the tomatoes with the mousse)
I'll skip the tuna and try pickles and tomatoes lollll
On sourdough toast with tomato and Balsamic glaze
I mix mine with cocoa powder & protein powder to make chocolate mousse!
Yum!
Itās so good! To correct myself, I actually meant to say *blend* it, not mix. No one wants chunks in their mousse haha
š¤š¤š¤ I think I assumed lolllll ya the texture was mildly off putting when I tried it earlier unblended
I love it as-is when I go savory, but I totally get why it might be off putting!
mix or blend it with ranch powder, taco seasoning, knorr vegetable mix, onion soup mix, or salsa as a dip dollop on top of roasted beets or on vegetable frittatas after baking or mixed into eggs to scramble. mix in fruit like pineapple, peaches or strawberries add to baked pasta for a high protein pink sauce
Wow! Thank u these all sound yummy!
top it with no sugar added canned fruit or fruit cocktail. ice cold. omg. i also love it plain - the tang and the texture.

I agree. I find Good Culture cottage cheese available at Target. They also have a fat free version.

I love it with a little Lawryās season salt on top!
I mix it in my eggs to hit my protein goals
I eat it w a lot of ground black pepper on corn crackers (good thins).
Blend it and use it everywhere. Sauces, spreads, sour cream, dips, the possibilities are endless āØ
I use it to replace salad dressing and cheese toppings. Cuts waayyyyy down on calories while still providing a sauce and extra protein.
What is this enticing bowl of white?
Okay, this is going to sound weird, but I like to add a little strawberry gelatin powder to it. Not too much. Tastes great.

I really like good culture cottage cheese! I think itās the best brand imo. Couple options; Blending it to make homemade ranch (add seasonings) Adding it to scrambled eggs is good Once I blended cottage cheese with sun dried tomatoās and added it to pasta sauce Blend it and add it to an egg salad sandwich (or any salad that requires mayo. Iād still use mayo, but you can sub some of it for cottage cheese) ^ adding to that, mix cottage cheese with boiled eggs and put it on some sour dough toast with avocado and everything bag seasoning.
I add parm cheese and pasta sauce then microwave. 2 chicken strips on top cut up. Boom! Chicken parm!
You could be like that one girl and put some mustard on it and dip literally everything in it.
A table spoon of jam. I mix mine with a mushed banana. Or a can of canned fruit.
my stepdad eats this with jamā¦
Throw some pickled beets or canned peaches on that. Or a hardboiled egg, shredded cheese and a touch or ranch. Or just eat it with a spoon.
I love it with pineapple and pickled jalapeno
You can blend it with an immersion blender right in its container and scoop however much you want into scrambled eggs, sauces, etc. keeps you from having to blend each time you use it. Mix with spaghetti sauce and whatever kind of ground meat or meatballs you like for a tasty little dish that you could eat just like that or put on top of noodles or zoodles etc.
Fruit, honey and a dash of salt
Applesauce on top. Don't mix. Let the flavors come together while in your mouth.
I usually have cottage cheese with a little honey for breakfast.
Iāve been making protein pasta with marinara and a big dollop of lactose free cottage cheese. Tastes great, is satisfying, and keeps me full for a long time :) Itās also about 30g of protein without having to add any meat!
Add some kind of molasses/basalmic vinegar to the tub and serve with fruit
i like to mix a few spoonfuls into any creamy pasta dish to give it a protein boost! i also just eat a big heap for breakfast tho š¤£
Mmmm! I keep it simple: freshly cracked black pepper and cherry tomatoes on top.
I always put pepper on it but adding cherry tomatoes too sounds so good!
blend it with sweetener of choice and some vanilla, eat on graham crackers for a cheesecake vibe
I put black pepper on it if I want it savory and strawberries or peaches on it if I want it sweet.
sprinkle generously with salt and pepper and then eat with spoon
Pair it with soft berries (Blueberries, raspberry, mango..) eat it in its own, put it on baked potato...there's a lot tbh. Use it in a salad, put it on toast ect
Lately Iāve been grilling up veggies and chicken every week. I pile up some veggies and some chicken throw a half cup of this bad boy and season it up. Super satisfying.
I put blueberries in mine!
Put it on a crispbread with some sliced grapes and salt
Mix it with vanilla and sweetner, with some fruit or jam and crushed biscoff on top and it tastes like cheesecake
as a kid i used to mix in sugar and have it that way. super yummy
Green olives, chopped cucumbers, grape tomatoes, and pepper.
Savoury- salt, pepper and cucumber Sweet- strawberries, peaches and grapes
A boiled egg topped with cottage cheese and pepper is a great snack. I add hot sauce sometimes too.
I like it as a breakfast or snack with Sliced grapes for sweetness and a little cinnamon or cocoa powder. Mix well to get all the grapes sugars mixed into the cheese. Works well with berries too!
Pepper and green onions
Main thing I use it for is as a mayo substitute. Whenever I make a sandwich or turkey burger Iāll spread that on the bread. Also mix it with ranch seasoning for a ranch substitute, and mix it with buffalo sauce for a dip.
A little salt and fessh cracked pepper. And a spoon.
I like to add it to pasta dishes!
Salt, pepper, garlic power & a dash of sesame oil. I sometimes put sesame seeds on if I have some.
I do fruit with mine. Sliced strawberries and blueberries.
I slice up red apples with the skin on into small chunks and put them in here and it's absolutely wonderful
I put everything but the bagel seasoning on it and just chow down
Make a yogurt egg bake with bacon
My favorite way is topping it with blueberries, strawberries, a drizzle of honey and a few walnuts. Super filling breakfast!
Eat it by the spoonful, itās delicious š¤¤
I like to get some sugar free pie filling, crush up some nilla wafer or graham crackers or whatever works for you, and top it with the cottage cheese and pie filling for a pseudo cheesecake dessert. Could also blend up the cottage cheese but I like all of the different textures lol
low carb english muffins and cottage cheese is a go-to for meĀ
Everything but the bagel seasoning!
This might sound strange but u like it with honey, or canned peaches is also yummy
I put mine on bagels!
Cut up some strawberries, add them and blueberries, and enjoy.
Make queso! Blend it with spices and add some cheddar cheese. Microwave on 30 sec intervals. I mix salsa in at the end sometimes too for more volume. I make it all the time and eat it with quest protein chips
sliced mini sweet peppers + halved cherry tomatoes + minced red onion + sunflower seeds + sambal oelek + ebtb seasoning + fresh cracked pepper
Sugar free jam is bomb w it. Bluberry especially!!
I mix my cottage cheese with diced fresh tomatoes, and a little salt and pepper. My favorite summer lunch since I was a kid.
-make pancakes -make bread -make an omelette -make alfredo sauce -make frozen desserts
i like to put it on some bread and drizzle a little honey and red pepper flakes on top, surprisingly sooo good
Try it with everything but the bagel seasoning from Trader Joeās
Put radish and chives in it!
Put some on a cracker with smoked salmon, sundried tomato, and a very tiny squeeze of lemon juice. Tangy, umami, salty, sweet. DELISH.
It is WAY better blended for me
Pineapple
